The building will be 10,000 square feet. It will have a large Shul/Social Hall, lobby, kitchen, classrooms, library, CTeen lounge, Sukkah patio as well as administrative offices.

Update - November 5, 2021
The construction for the New Chabad Campus continues in full swing! The gas and electric lines were installed this week, as well as the prep for the exterior stucco. You can also see progress photos on our Facebook Page.
Update - May 2021
Mazel Tov! The Building Permit has been issued! With the completion of the site-work, the building is set to begin! The Groundbreaking Celebration is planned for Sunday, May 23, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
Update - September 2019
Over the last few months we had worked on changing the floor plans from two stories to all be on one floor. This change saved us a lot of money. By putting the whole program on a single level, we were able to eliminate the elevator, stairs, lower level lobby, restroom, and hallways. We were able to fit all our needs into 10,000 square feet.
Because of all these necessary changes, we have to now go back to the Monroe Planning Board for approval.
The changes in the plans will also change the amount we need to raise. Once the final plans are approved, we will launch the Building Capital Campaign website/
Update - Spring 2018
Four months of site-work have been completed. The work done was to clear and prepare the areas that will be used for building as well as installing the retention pond, water piping and infrastructure. In the meantime the finishing touches are being done for the two-story building.
